But can tell you from experience, the BJJ game is a war of attrition! You will eventually miss some time because of injury or fatigue. Some of those aches and pains you can prevent, some you can’t. While stretching has not shown to PREVENT injury it CAN prevent stiffness and help you feel better the next morning after hard training.
Try these quick stretches after you roll to help you feel better!
