ADVANCED PROGRAM - GYM
This 12 week program is designed for those already comfortable in the gym that are looking for a strength gaining challenge. The goal is to add weight to your current exercises and build your strength up in 12 weeks. This program is also great for someone looking to gain more knowledge in programming. It uses bands, free weights, machines, and multiple compound lifts. The program is 4 days per week (2 upper, 2 lower) and an optional challenging 5th full body day. It also features helpful tips and videos.
